Section 1.4 continues

Well, it's Thursday, and after nearly a month and a half with no updates, I present to you... a single new page. ::ducks!!::

...and it's not finished--I've yet to tone any of the background. And the previous two pencilled pages are inked now too, but are also not complete, and the page before that is still left in its pencilled form for now. If it's any consolation for you to know, there's a lot more done on my computer, but not to the point of being presentable YET...

...SO, that said, please come back on Sunday, December 4th, for a REAL update, wherein I'll hopefully have all the old incomplete pages finished, along with a slew of new pages. And then I'll focus on finishing some more commissions, and then work on next week's update, and then study for finals, and then WINTER BREAK FOR A MONTH AND A HALF wherein I'll finish all my commissions DEFINITELY and I'll get caught up with my comic schedule so that the book will still be on track for an April-ish release.

Wooooo okay. New vote incentives are up too, so please show your support by voting at TopWebComics and Buzzcomix.net. ♥

Yay! Update! Given, its only one page, but I will look for future (bigger) updates!!

Xin looks asleep in that one pannel.

*whisper*
You know Hans, if you do more than one page you should hold some of them back. For weeks when you do not have enough time to draw. If you update too irregularly you're losing readers. And smaller updates are just fine. ;)
*I didn't say that*

Oh, right, so, I meant to reply to some of the comments from last week, but by the time I thought about doing so I was going to post this update already, so I didn't, but some people may have wanted replies, so I'll post them here!

Celeste--the next book I'll put out will be a collection of the entirety of Unit 1--Sections 1.1 through 1.7, 248 pages total. I'm aiming at having it printed in April, although depending on the circumstances it may be pushed back a bit.

Jeesiang--if I do get accepted to go study abroad in Japan next year--and this won't be until September '06, mind you--I plan on purchasing a laptop and bringing a scanner and my tablet along with me so that I can still work on the comic regularly overseas. :3

Penny--feel free to share your opinions on the comic in the forum :D

Everybody else who posted in the previous update--thank you for your support! I was seriously scared that I'd have a mob after me with a bounty on my head, but it's nice to know that I can slack off and not get too much flack all of you care about my wellbeing. ♥

Annnd responding to some comments in this update:

Mouse--who says he's not? ;D

Arent--I really really want to try to have a quota of a minimum of four pages a week, so I don't keep a buffer of pages for future updates unless I'm able to make at least those four pages. ..Obviously that hasn't been too successful, but...I keep telling myself that I can do it as long as I put a little more effort into it, and if I let myself slack off by scaling my quota down to one or two pages a week it will only cause me to slack off even more. 6_6

...I think that's it? ::runs off to work on more pages for Sunday!::

Wow! Worship! Please have fun at Japan when you go too. The scenery is way too nice to just sit in front of a laptop all day.

Ah, wow! The inked pages look nice. Kinda interesting to see the sketch as well as the final. Glad to see you're not dead, you seriously be sad. Love this comic!
