Pre-ordering for Unit 1 of Directions of Destiny is up!

At only $10, plus $4 shipping ($6 for international orders), you can be among the first to receive the full-length volume debut of Directions of Destiny, containing Sections 1.1 through 1.7 over the span of 248 pages! Like last year with the pre-ordering stage of the Section 1.1+1.2 mini-book, pre-ordering Unit 1 includes a bonus sketch of a Directions of Destiny character of your choice!

Pre-orders online will be made through PayPal. Also, this year for those who can't pay by PayPal, there is an order form which you can print, fill out, and mail to me at my PO Box address.

The book will be printed at the end of June and immediately shipped out to those who pre-ordered a copy. In addition, it will also be available at the Artist Alley of Anime Expo 2006 from my table, which I will be sharing with the wonderful Dina Situ, artist of Pandect!

Hopefully with the profit from the book, I will be able to offset my part of the study abroad fees, and GO TO FREAKING JAPAN FOR A YEAR >:O!!! ...Because I finally got accepted! ::does a little dance:: All that means in the short run however is that I'll have $14,000 to pay. :<!! (Along with $2000 for a laptop so I can update this comic while I'm abroad!!) Oh, and 50 bajillion more forms to fill out. >_>

...A-anyway. Section 1.6 updated? Pages 1 and 2 have also been toned. :3

P.S. You guys are adorable! I'm glad to see you all kept yourselves entertained in the absence of my updates...? If only you were all so verbal when I actually DO update. ;D

Well, I said that I'd update "later" in my last update, but between then and "later" I seem to have caught a cold of some sort on Friday night--Saturday I could hardly pick myself up to do anything after I first ate, and I thought it was just because maybe I ate too much, except today I woke up to find myself feeling like fainting every time I sat up, and also sneezing every few minutes. Nonetheless the pages I meant to finish are close to being done, and I've got a bit of the next batch of pages inked, however I've got a 7-page research paper due on Wednesday and a painting project on Thursday, not to mention whatever other assignments my classes toss at me, so basically~ don't be too shocked if I don't update on Thursday. I'll still try to get caught up though--at this rate I might have to start doing at least 10 pages a week, so better for you guys, hmm?

Anyway, Zephan's birthday is tomorrow, the 4th. :D
