May 4, 2006 Section 1.6 continues

Apologies for not getting this up earlier in the day; I had several errands to run this week in order to get my forms for studying abroad in on time, which ended up taking an inordinately large amount of my time. ¬_¬

Anyway, I hope y'all enjoyed the bonus comic in the last update, courtesy of my friend Tina. ;D (Yeah, I wish I could draw as awesome as her >:o!) (Tina is also my personal editor, and the person whom Mei is very loosely based off. ;D) Oh, and by the way, it is her birthday!! (Well, the 5th is, at least.) (SHE'S FINALLY LEGAL. YESSS--I mean no!nothing!)

Also, for a totally shoujo experience, pretend that Mei is the heroine, and Section 1.6 is actually the first chapter of the comic, in medias res style! ;D

Mmm as for this week's update, they may look familiar to those who read the Predirection. :D() It was actually even closer to the original at first; the last page pretty much used the same layout. However, I thought that it might have echoed Azalea's dream sequence from the beginning of Section 1.4 a little too close for comfort, what with the similar close-up on eyes opening and then pulling back as he wakes up or whatever. 6_6 So! That's! Why! It's! Changed!

Oh hey guys, guess what. A neeeewww set of vote incentive pictures for the first time in a BAJILLION years! Gasp! This new development is due in thanks to my ripping off borrowing No Rest for the Wicked's forums' idea about taking vote incentive picture requests. The idea is that you, the reader, post something in the forum topic of whatever you would like me to draw for a vote incentive picture (as long as it relates to the comic!), and every week I choose two ideas that are submitted and put them up as vote incentive pictures! Now, don't worry about this interfering with the comic schedule or anything--I already sketch plenty enough as it is, but I would rather just put most of the sketches I do on my art blog without having to dangle it in front of you guys for votes, so instead I thought it'd be better for the vote incentive pictures to be stuff that YOU want to see. So yeah. Submit your requests! :D

Ahh I don't care to rant anymore blah blah blah come back next week PRE-ORDER THE BOOK KTHX!!!!!!!!!!!

Hurrah, another update! ♥ I like the flower sinking in water thing goin' on. (Ooh symbolism. x3 Pardon whilst I use it in my art HW... *cannot find symbolism anywhere @_@*)

wooo! almost first post.... yeah... chapter 1.6=first chapter? ................ that would be scary.... too scary.... waaay too scary.... anyway, the vote incentives were neat ^-^ always nice to see a cool pic of Libelle. soo... yay update and yay Auden and most of all yay Hans, for you are cool and your art is purdiful...

... and as you can see it is getting rather late for me and random babbling ensues...

Hooray, Auden's back in! The last time we stopped (in predirection) I was so curious about Auden's condition after he was released from the hospital-place (won't say what it is so it won't spoil the story for ppl who haven't read predirection :)).

And *applause* for the vote incentives! Very very nice, I admire how you can sketch something out like that. Can't wait till you get to my request *is excited*

Yes there are very few comments. I think it's decreasing now that they know the comic will be updating on a regular basis.

I wonder what will happen to Auden after he wakes up?

Well, if you've read predirection then you'll probably find what happens to Auden very...disturbing/confusing. Especially for Chrystelle. Then again, Hans may have completely changed what happens next!
