Er, might as well combine my comments then.^_^; I was disappointed when I didn't see the notice last week.

For the previous chapter, well, I just love the look of Douglas's office. Not too stuffy, not too showy either. There's a lot of space along with fairly sizeable furniture, and I think their simplicity is nicely accentuated by the small details you put in there (LOVED that logo, and the texture of that wall).

Okay, I'm gonna read into it, 'cause I love art for the balance of form and content. So, uh, stop me if I get too scholastic.

Maybe it's just me, but I find those parallel lines (the elevator, Douglas's symmetrical furniture) you use to frame the panels very interesting. And vertical lines suggest stability, so...is it correct if I assume that Azalea's state of mind is a tad healthier (especially compared to that chapter when Xin had her on piggyback)?

For the current chapter:

While I think it looks good on the page, I wonder as to the reason for obscuring Auden's face, since his uniform's kind of a dead giveaway. But it does add to the suspense, so I guess it's all right.

Hmm, bright background, Auden's face obscured by shadows, that...odd...look in his eyes--what has Douglas done to him? *gasp* I thought he was still as, well, easygoing, like he was in the last chapter. Dun, dun, dun!

The Student Council has gotten creepy. But well, at least they look really, really good. I love the detail you put on the characters--even the faceless students look great.

What? No updates? I--I think I'll survive.

Way cool ending. I had a small freak out in my chair.

Wow, loving this. I'm guessing that Auden remembers more than he's letting on, and maybe Azalea is in on it as well, although this is probably obvious from this page alone. So the question becomes- for what reason is Auden waiting for Azalea? Is it as simple as they agreed to walk to their next class together? Possible, but from what I've seen so far, it seems unlikely. Looking forward to the next update

I like that more sides of Azalea have been revealed since the past chapters, though I'm sure we all could sense from the start that there was more to her than that pure and wholesome facade she normally wears. She's my favourite character so these developments were a treat. xD I think it's safe to say that Azalea's being rather selfish - allowing innocent bystanders to be involved in this for the sake of saving her mother. I'm guessing she's going to face some nasty consequences later on from this choice of hers.

man. i was a sophomore in hs when vol. 1 started. i think i'll be dead before vol. 2 is done.

I agree with d. If anyone else did this as much as you do, no on would be left reading. However, your art and storytelling is awesome. We can't help waiting. I'm not saying you should force out pages. My point is that you make us sad :(

I think Hans is dead.....or went off to join a wild yak herd. Either is possible.

I miss this comic so much. But, I was pleased to read all of 2.1 after a long time. I love the flow of it; I think it's the best out of all that I've read yet.

Although you have provided us all with comeback updates in the past summer, & have told us of your hiatus, we have been waiting more so than a few weeks,(unless your definition of it is different by far)

I still miss your elegant, superb, & beautiful webcomic, & pray that nothing in troublesome sense has grasped you entirely, in & away from your project.

Also, even though I wish for something soon brought up, take your time, don't rush too much with your work & life, but an update of how things are from your side, would be grand & helpful to us all.

Just an update on what is going on, on your end would be wonderful, even if it's not a comic update... We miss you and are worried!

Miss ya Hans! No pressure to come back; life gets insanely busy, I know.

Just a thought: what about becoming a quarterly type comic (officially)? That way, there's no pressure to make monthly updates and you can make larger scheduled updates throughout the year. I've seen a comic do that and it seems to work out well. Anyway, just an idea!
